The Consultancy has a strict missed appointment and late cancellation policy to respect our providers' time and maintain the integrity of our self-scheduling system.

To avoid a no-show or late cancellation fee please contact us by phone or email to cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you no-show, or cancel with less than 48 hours of notice,  for your initial free consultations, a $50 refundable deposit will be charged to your card on file before you can reschedule your free consultation.

If you no-show, or cancel with shorter than 48 hours notice, for your first full consultation appointment, a $200 fee will be charged to your card on file.

If you chose not to seek services with the consultancy after paying a deposit, notify us in writing, email, or by phone and your deposit will be refunded.
