Cancellation Policy

If you no-show for your initial free consultations, a $50 refundable deposit will be charged, and you may reschedule your consultation. This fee will be credited toward your first co-pay, deductible or cash fee for service. If you chose not to seek services with the clinic after being charged the $50 deposit for the consultation, your deposit will be refunded completely. If a second consultation is missed after paying the fee, the provider will be paid the fee for their time.
