Cancellation Policy

If you no-show for your initial intake appointment, a $150 refundable deposit will be charged and you will be able to schedule a second intake appointment. These fees will be credited toward your first co-pay, deductible or cash fee for service. If you chose not to seek services with the clinic, your deposit will be refunded completely. If a second appointment is missed after paying the fee, the provider will be compensated with the fee for their time.
