About Privacy and Privilege in Forensic Cases
This practice does not treat family members as holding privilege, even when they assume financial responsibility and/or the individual is under 18 years or age. Any forensic information, scores, or reports created in a forensic assessment or consultation will be provided only to the individual and/or their attorney. Clinical information gathered during the forensic process which is deemed relevant to the care of a patient by the practice provider may be shared with the healthcare provider, guardian, or parent of a client with an appropriate release of information on file.
